Deborah Ruiz is the court-approved Columbia County Oregon DUI ADES Evaluator. If you enter into the Oregon DUI Diversion Program or are convicted of a DUI, you’ll need to meet with her and be referred to treatment. She’s located in the Old Courthouse in Columbia County (230 Strand Street St. Helens, OR 97051). Columbia County Victim Impact Panel (VIP)

As of the spring of 2017, Columbia County was without a DUI Victim Impact Panel (VIP) and therefore the Court was not requiring attendance at a Victim Impact Panel in DUI diversion cases or as part of a conviction. However, that may change in the future. To find out whether you need to attend a VIP, please speak with your attorney.
