Marion County DUI Cases
If you’ve been arrested or cited for DUI in Marion County, your case will likely be referred to the Marion County District Attorney’s Office for formal review. If charges are filed, the case will likely proceed through the Marion County Circuit Court. If you enter into the Oregon DUI Diversion program, if you enter a “no contest” or guilty plea, or if you are convicted at trial of DUI, you’ll need to have an ADES evaluation with the local evaluator. They will then refer you to drug and alcohol treatment. If you are ordered to serve jail, it will be served at the Marion County Adult Jail. If you are placed on formal probation, you’ll need to report to the Marion County Parole and Probation Office.
