• A thorough review of any police reports, audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, and COBRA data from the Intoxilyzer 8000 breath test, or the lab/chart notes for a blood test
• A detailed and candid case evaluation meeting with you to discuss entry into Oregon’s DUI diversion program (if eligible), possible Motion to Suppress issues, possible Motion in Limine issues, and the pros & cons of a “guilty” plea or “no contest” plea vs. a bench or jury trial
• Completion of diversion paperwork with you (if eligible), or plea petition into X-Plea program (if eligible).
• Completion of a hardship application for a temporary driver’s license (aka “work permit”)
• A second court appearance with you for entry of plea
• The drafting and filing of a motion to dismiss your DUI case (if diversion eligible)
