The Washington County Circuit Court in Hillsboro Oregon has opened a temporary annex to hear cases during the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020. The photographs below were taken in October 2020, with permission from the judge.
The temporary annex is at the Westside Commons which is located at 801 NE 34th Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97124, USA. If you look this location up on Google Maps, it only comes up as a large pad of dirt:

But the Westside Commons are now fully completed on the exterior and interior:

Two very large conference halls have been transformed into two large courtrooms, which allows social distancing between the judge, court staff, security, and parties to cases being heard:

This is an excellent development from a practitioner’s standpoint (i.e. trial lawyer). Court is finally getting back to normal, with in-person official business taking place in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner. Nice work, Washington County!
