Gawker and The Smoking Gun report that on Sunday March 30th, 2014, in Corvallis Oregon, Ross McMakin, 21, was arrested and accused of drunk driving, reckless endangerment, harassment, and strangulation.
Unfortunately for him, his mugshot shows a T-shirt that reads, “Drunk As Shit.”
