Marion County DUI Cases

If you’ve been arrested or cited for DUI in Marion County, your case will likely be referred to the Marion County District Attorney’s Office for formal review. If charges are filed, the case will likely proceed through the Marion County Circuit Court. If you enter into the Oregon DUI Diversion program, if you enter a “no contest” or guilty plea, or if you are convicted at trial of DUI, you’ll need to have an ADES evaluation with the local evaluator. If you need assistance with a Marion County DUI case, please call our office. For diversion-eligible clients, it is often not cost-effective for use to travel to and from Salem or Aumsville if you’re looking for limited or low-cost legal services. However, if your case requires a thorough DMV Implied Consent Hearing to try and save your driver’s license, or if your case requires a Motion to Suppress or trial in order to avoid a conviction, please contact us to learn how we can help you.
